You can join free email support groups
On-going support is the key to success with Failsafe eating. You can access the wealth of experience and information in free email discussion groups and share recipes and stories with more than 4,000 people from around the world, particularly from Australia, New Zealand, South-East Asia and USA. There is also a free quarterly Failsafe Newsletter that can be sent to you by email.
From the discussion groups you will receive a daily digest of all emails, or choose individual emails if you want, or just view on the web, and you can respond to individuals or the group by email or over the web. There is also an on-line chat facility. For both groups, we recommend that you have read one of the following books: Fed Up, the Failsafe Cookbook, or Friendly Food.
