Colour blind supermarkets

Many food intolerant people want to eat only white potatoes, but the supermarkets appear to be colour blind. They label potatoes as WHITE when they are in fact YELLOW and so moderate in salicylates.

Is this something that misleads consumers and so should be taken to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC)?
