0.75 cup raw unsalted cashews
0.25 tsp natural vanilla (or leave out if sensitive)
1.5 tbsp carob powder
2 tbsp golden syrup (or maple syrup)
Pinch ground rock salt
0.5 tbsp failsafe oil
0.25 cup soy milk.

Works in a Thermomix too - try 30-60 secs at speed 5.
